What version number shows on the EZkeys interface? What version of Cubase? What OS and other computer specs? Have you tried running the latest update for the EZkeys Player?

According to the Product manager everything is up to date but the version number on the EZkeys interface is 1.1.1??? What installation path shall I use?

What OS? Windows? If so, do a search for the EZkeys.dll and manually delete it. Then run the latest EZkeys Player update (not the library just the Player).

    Im using Win7. Cubase 6.5

I have now deleted all EZkeys.dll (I had 10), reinstalled and updated to 1.2.4, but now Cabase can’t find any EZkeys ;-(

Does it open in standalone? Check the plugin install path from the EZkeys Help menu and set that path in Cubase.

See this FAQ and check your Cubase manual for info on the plug-in manager. I use Cubase 8.5 do I don’t remember exactly where the plug-in manager is but I think it’s under the Device menu in Cubase.
