EZKeys 1 not showing up in Cubase 12 after pre-ordering EZKeys 2

Hi,

I pre-ordered EZKeys 2, and now EZKeys 1 does not show up in Cubase (but the standalone app is still working).  In the Toontrack Product Manager app, I see only the May 16 “EZKeys 2 – Upgrade” installer (greyed out), and the EZKeys Expansions I’ve purchased, so am unsure how to re-install EZKeys 1.

I see the following FAQ, but this assumes you have the EZKeys 1 item to “Show Details” for, which I no longer do after pre-ordering EZKeys 2:

FWIW, Mac mini M1, MacOS 13.3.1

Any ideas?   Is anyone else seeing this?

Odd, I quit Cubase and restarted it, and now the EZKeys plugin shows up.  Never mind!
