EZdrummer3 stopped responding to my bass drum

Just purchased EZD3 a few weeks ago and I had a smooth start. Everything was working great at first. However as of a few days ago, the program has stopped responding to my bass drum. I hooked my ekit up to the program and signed my kit to the kit on the program. Everything responds except my bass drum. I don’t know why it stopped responding but I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve tried reassignment the kick drum but it won’t even detect my hits now. I’ve tried rebooting the program and reloading the presents but that hasn’t worked either. The kick drum is plugged in and working normally on the kit, i can hear it inthe amp and headphones. It’s just not responding in the program. I can’t record until I get this fixed. And help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
