When i try to install the updater it tells me “The location where EZdrummer normally stores its sounds is invalid. This update cannot proceed without a working EZdrummer 2 installation.” I’ve also read that my library seems damaged. I have already registered the plugin and I’m afraid if I uninstall ezdrummer then it’ll take away one of my registration credits. I think i goofed up
Hi,
if the computer is Authorized, it is Authorized. Re-installing the Full product will not change that.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the ezdrummer. when i got back to the plug in it says to authorize and that there has already been one other authorization. will this mean i have wasted one of my authorizations ???
Just uninstalling and re-installing does not require a new Authorization, since the Computer ID does not change by that fact alone.
Looking at your account, you do not seem to have used another Auth, so I presume you just clicked Authorize and had the same Computer ID.
Anyways, you will not waste Authorizations, we’re here to help.

I am not sure I completely follow this, I have been using 2.0.2 for months now (maybe even a year) and just thought to do a check for update and there was one. I downloaded it and get this same dialog. It is authorized on my computer and use it often.
I have 3.5 gigs of files in /Library/Application Support/EZDrummer/

How do I proceed to update?
Can you please try by downloading a fresh copy of the Full 2.0.2 installer, run that and then apply the 2.1.1 update?
