Can we use ezdrummer loops for songs without having a content id copyright claim ? I mean what to do if many people use the same loops in their songs ?

You can use Toontrack samples in your productions without copyright issues. Drum patterns are not copyrightable.

Can You please send me a document that show that drum patterns in ezdrummer 2 are not copyrightable so I can show that document to YouTube If I will receive a copyright strike from distributors like Tunecore or Cdbaby ?
