EZDrummer 3 tom rims triggering cymbal chokes with Roland TD27

Across all drumkits in EZDrummer 3, I’m having the same...

Across all drumkits in EZDrummer 3, I’m having the same problem – the rack tom and 2nd floor tom rims are triggering cymbal chokes, while the rim of floor tom 1 is triggering the higher tom.  I have no idea how to change this.  I can’t even tell if toms in EZDrummer 3 have rim samples, let alone how to access them.  Can someone help me?

EZdrummer version: 3.0.6
Operating system: macOS Monterey (12)

I am having the exact same issue. However, when I go to the mapping page to edit the drum, there is no “Rim Only” setting. I using the drums of destruction expansion in ezdrummer 3.
