Hi, Is there any prospect of TT offering a demo version of EZDrummer 3 in the future? It looks ideal for me (singer-songwriter, and you seem to have way better acoustic / indie / Americana coverage than other packages I have). In fact, I had $300 worth of program and expansions in my cart before I realised that my DAW, Pro Tools 11, is not guaranteed to run EZD3. I am not a fan of subscription-model software, so upgrading to Pro Tools 12 is not a viable solution for me, and would in any case involve a disproportionate outlay to use a single plugin.
The absence of a demo for a frontline product from a company of TT’s magnitude comes as something of a surprise, particularly when EZKeys has its own demo. I have always been able to demo the products I’ve been interested in from other software companies to verify compatibility, and I feel unable to justify risking such a large sum in the face of possibly finding out five minutes later that I can’t use the software in my DAW.
