Wow ! it was a pre-order ok :)but  some presets...

Wow ! it was a pre-order ok :)but  some presets sound so good !

The snares sound real-raw more than EZD2 could do

it seems the best is for pop and rock  : it sounds like a real drummer in a studio

but, I am very curious to listen to the presets to see if they are up to ezd2 especially the disco pop preset, the big 80’s sound etc.

we can keep EZD2 so cool

but I think some EZX are useless now

I pre-ordered today, upgrade from EZ 2 to EZ 3 (72 €).

I am unsure about the payment. Will you only pay on May 3rd?

I assumed it would be paid immediately.

I’m really interested in the bandmate feature; seems it will be a handy tool for getting a quick foundation for drum parts built. In addition, the other new features are pretty attractive as well. Pre-ordered & can’t wait!

Before I purchase and replace my EZ2, I was wondering if i use the EZ3  grid editor first on my lesser capable computer DAW that i do original tracking ideas with, if 1)of the hit variations are possible (like a snare flam thing) and then 2) to later be able to import to S3?

does anybody know what will happen to my EZXes in EZD3?
I use the Latin Cuban drum & percussion EZXes a lot.

Will they still be useable with EZD3 or will there be upgrades/replacements?

Any information is apprechiated.

It seems that EZdrummer 3 gets a bit closer to Superior Drummer 3, which I recently purchased. Actually I am not that deep in all details of SD3, but some new features added to EZD3 are integrated there as well – and they look so much better and more intuitive than in Superior Drummer 3.

I fear that I might like EZD3 better than SD3, if the samples of the Core Library do not sound too pre-produced…

yes ezd3 is the perfect mix between EZD2+SDD3

What I want is an electro dance preset (modern disco funk)

something new  for hard rock -metal as a preset

because  it will sound good enough for  the raw classic drums sounds like for the pop-rock music
