EZD II Latency: 19MS Normal for 64 Buffer on 2015 MacBook Pro?

Hello- Just making sure this is normal: – Freshly wiped 2015 13″ Macbook Pro 8GB/512SSD running latest version (all updates installed) of EZD 2 with default kit. 10.12.6 (sierra). – Lowest Buffer selected of 64 is still producing 19MS of Latency when using Core Audio and Built-in Out This seems exceptionally high considering its the lowest settings.
