I guess they could not figure out how to do it.
What a shame- I will just have to keep using EZdrummer 1.

I’m afraid that you’ve been misinformed or are basing this post upon outdated information
as shown in the attached screenshot of the EZD2 Tempo options.
The screenshot also shows how when dragged to the Song Track (or DAW),
the selected Tempo option is applied to the groove.
Notice how Tempo options have shortened or lengthened the original 8-bar groove into 4 bars (2X Tempo) and 16 bars (1/2 Tempo)
    in the Song Track.

Also attached is a screenshot from page 14 of the EZD2 Operation Manual,
describing the functions of the Tempo options. Enjoy.

    HELP!!!
My EX 2 doesn’t have that “tempo” button on it?
VERY frustrating not being able to get 1/2 time grooves?
Can you help….there’s nothing next to my “preview” button….no “tempo” option!!!!

I don’t even get the “tempo” button….don’t even have the OPTION to try 1/2 time grooves.

Is there any chance this is coming back? If not, this makes this software useless to me

    HELP!!!!

Please download the Toontrack Product Manager and make sure you’re running the latest version of EZD2. There is a 1/2 tempo slider.

uh, yeah…how can this not be top priority music 101 — one of the first things you always want to try ……and do it EASILY…is what your song would sound like with the drums half time or double or whatever.

now, another person said “buried in a menu” — would you be so kind as to tell us where that burial site is located?

help menu was of surprisingly no help

We can see that you have EZD3 registered to your account.
In the Grooves tab, you can choose what tempo to audition your Grooves in. See attached picture.

You can change the tempo of your song track by clicking “Tempo” at the bottom and using the slider.
