Hello. Does EZplayer support Battery 4? My intention is to buy midi loops that are General Midi compatible and to drive Battery 4 using EZplayer. Is this possible?
wrappers are indeed not strictly required, as, mostly, GM MIDI should play correctly without, as long as there are no percussion present (only drums). A Battery (GM) wrapper is included however, to take care of some obscure cases, so you shouldn’t really encounter much issues if any.
but to clarify, John is correct, using no wrapper means that EZplayer is used merely as a groove organiser/browser so in that sense there is no level of incompatibility that EZplayer can introduce.
