EZ Drummer Lite Missing with DM6

Hi there,
 
I bought a Alesis DM6 USB electronic drumkit, the box was labeled with “EZ drummer lite included” but there was nos software in the box. I’ve contacted the store and they looked in the other boxes but in the other boxes the software was missing too. They’ve contacted Alesis and they say that I should download it but where can I find it? I’ve searched the Alesis site too but I can’t find it anywhere?

you do need a serial number – that should have been included in the box. After registration from our site, the download link will be available.

If no serial number was included with your hardware purchase then contact our dispatch center using the About > Contact Shipping/office from the main site and explain the problem… they will hook you up with one.

I’ve received a serial number within a few hours after contacting the shipping dept. That is what I call service guys! I’m impressed and would like to thank you for your efford!
