I’ve tried Authorizing my new computer (Windows 10) numerous times VIA ToonTrack’s website and Product manager.
Toontrack asks for my Computers ID And then says “unknown error, contact support”
Product manager has been a complete hassle for me. I installed to do the appropriate “new approach”, when I open up the app, I get “checking for updates” “Update failure” “retry or quit”.
No Matter how many times I hit Retry, Nothing. I literally cannot do anything with it.
I have tried deleting EVERYTHING EZDrummer/ToonTrack related to get the same results.
Was told my problem was fixed last week, but unfortunately no luck, I figured I’d wait the week, restart my computer and try again.
Nothing.
