I bought my EZ Drummer 2 Version at Thomann on the 31.03.22.
Now there’s a special offer, that when you bought it in April, you’ll get a free upgrade to EZ drummer 3.
My question is: Is it possible to get the free upgrade please, because I bought it just one day before that special offer?
I first talked to Thomann today, and they told me to ask you, because they would give me the free upgrade, but can’t do it, becaus of some license problems.
Before I bought on the 31.03.22 I had a phone call with Thomann, and I asked them if there is something new on the way from Toontrack or Upgrades or whatever, and they couldn’t say anything about that, cause “they did’t know anything to that day” – that’s what they said to me on the phone today.
If I would have heard or read about that, I would have waited one more day.
Have a look at the copy of the “EZ Drummer 2” invoice from Thomann in the attachment.
