What is happening with my order?

Solution:

If you have placed an order online (Toontrack webshop only) but are yet to receive the goods, please be aware that it may take up to 7 to 10 days for delivery to be fulfilled.

It is not possible for Toontrack to provide you with a tracking number. However, if you still have not received the purchased goods after this period, please use the ‘contact support’ link below to get in touch so we may remedy the situation.

IMPORTANT: Please include your order number in your communication or it will be impossible for our team to give you specific information which will delay an adequate resolution.
