I just installed and authorized two EZ Drummer 3 expansions and they are not showing up anywhere. The product manager says they are installed and authorized but I can find no trace of them on my computer apart from the original downloaders. When looking through the kits in EZ Drummer 3 in Cubase they are just not there, it’s just the factory content. If I go under “About EZ Drummer” it even lists them under SOUND LIBRARIES.
Where in EZdrummer 3 are you looking through the kits? The library menu is at the top of the window, the second menu from the right, where it (probably) says “EZdrummer 3 Main Room” at the beginning.

I am having the same issue. I downloaded the 21st Century Metal add on and the kit options are missing. But the grooves are there under the grooves tab. I really need those drum sounds.

EZdrummer version: 3.0.6

Is this the product you purchased?
That product is a Drum MIDI pack that contains no drum kits. Just MIDI drums.
