    Yes, to ignore the Customer is the best way to prevent him from buying this, if this is the Intention.

    It is kind of ironic that this is the customer service forum. I guess I got the only answer from Toontrack that I am likely to get, which is silence. I have invested so much money in their products over the years, and was looking to buy even more, but I think I will go in another direction. There are so many other developers who have been responsive, especially during this incredibly difficult time.

    If there are price questions regarding Toontrack products, please contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in FAQ below. The forum techs haven’t heard of any pricing issues so it would be best to contact them directly with any concerns.
