EZ 3 Not Loading in Presonus Studio One 7 Instrument Rack

I purchased EZ Drummer 3. Unlike EZ 2 it’s not loading to my instrument rack in Presonus, and I can only use it as a standalone plug. Why is this happening, and how can I fix that? Thanks for any assistance.

It might be what I had to do. Open the Plugin Manager in Studio One. I forget which menu it’s in. Uncheck something like Hide Duplicates or EZD3 might be switched off in Plugin Manager. Sorry I can’t narrow it down more, but I’m away from my laptop.

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. I’ll give your solution a try. Thanks again. I’ll let you know if it works out. Honestly, it’s unfortunate the support from Tunetrack is either to lame or just doesn’t care to supply a workable solution.

No sweat. Which of the two was it?

Since I had ver. 2 installed prior the system was defaulting to that. So in the instrument rack I switched it to version 3, and it was a go. Thanks again.
