Exporting from EZ Drummer 3 into Zoom R20

I’m having difficulty exporting a .wav file from EZD3 to Zoom R20.  R20 requires 44.1 @ 16-bit depth.  I thought that’s what I was set for but in R20 it tells me the bit depth doesn’t match…”Different Bit Depth Select the file that matches the bit depth in the project”

Hi,

please check your sample rate in the Settings > Audio/MIDI Setup and when you Export your Song Track as Audio File, make sure that 16bit is selected and not 24bit.

I cannot export my WAV audio file from EZ3 to my Zoom R20 as EZ Drummer 3 will not allow me to select 44.1 kH which the Zoom requires. It will only allow me to chose 48000Hz. I have tried both 16 and 24 bit and same thing?
