Expired EZKey offer

Greetings,

I purchased EZKeys Dream Machine in Jan 2019 during the Buy One Get One Free Promotion.
I’m ready to download the expansion but not sure if that should be done within Dream Machine or inside of Product Manager.    Product Manager doesn’t show the credit anywhere, nor does my account when I log in.   Please provide guidance on how to download the promotion.

If you didn’t choose your extra expansion back in January, you’re right it probably has expired by now.
