Error opening product manager in OS X (Yosemite)

    Hi,

    is it possible for you to post a screen shot? Not showing any serials but displaying the error.

    Shows this message, product manager is not open, it doesn’t appears on the list of system processes

    I reboot the imac, continue with the same error

    That is strange. Okay, try this: Go to “~/Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Product Manager” (use Go to Folder in the Go menu in Finder and paste that path without the quotes) and delete the file “SingleAppInstanceLock”.
