error midi database

Hello,
Following a change of PC (win10), I reinstalled EZdrummer 2 and of course I have the same database error … I tried the different methods offered without result. The Database file in ProgramDate contains midi files … I don’t know what to do … is there still active support at Toontrack? no fix is proposed?

I found this thread from a while back, it seems like it was a similar problem, however it’s on Mac, so YMMV. At least it’s a place to start.
