Error: 103: Another copy is already authorized for this serial / EZMix 2 Packs

Hi,

I installed EZMix on a new computer. That worked. While installing EZMix Packs, I get the Error: 103: Another copy is already authorized for this serial.
That happened when I try to authorize the packs. I authorized the new computer and deleted the old one from the list.
Any help on that issue?

I reported the issue to the Toontrack support. They analyzed the problem and did some changes in the back end. After that, I was able to authorize all the packs and it works fine in Cubase 12 now. They mentioned that there could be a bug and so they reported the case to the development team. The reply of the support team was very quick. Thanks!
