Hey everyone,

I’m having issues downloading one SDX (Death & Darkness). I downloaded Orchestral, Progressive and am currently downloading Rooms of Hansa which are all fine. I cannot get Death & Darkness to download. I’ve tried a multiple times and right around 119 gigs it either says “Connection timed out” or “Size of received file was incorrect. Please report this to Toontrack support if the issue persists”. Keep in mind I have 140 Toontrack products and haven’t had this issue until now. Thanks in advance for anyone’s help!

Hi, I’m having the same issue with it getting to verifying then going back to downloading. My problem is also with the same obw files (soundb5.obw in darkness & soundb26.obw in death). Have tried using a VPN, tried downloading to a different hard drive, tried renaming those files, pausing and resuming but nothing has worked. I’m in the UK.

This issue is costly. My data plans are torched.

Very sorry for these problems. Our CDN provider is still investigating the issue. I’ll post when it seems to be resolved.

The Death & Darkness download seems to be okay now, so please try to resume. Don’t be disappointed if it loops back once, because that’s expected, but let me know if it loops multiple times.

Mine’s just completed after looping once like you said. Thanks Olof, it’s great having you in here so we’re not just left in the dark with only the cookie cutter response from support requests! Now I can dig in and check out these awesome kits!
