Download problem and I can't connect to Toontrack Product Manager

Hello,

Question 1: I bought Superior Drummer 3 directly and I am on LogicProX and Mac.
I do not have EZDrummer2 because I am not a customer on this product.

Question 2: I was able to install Superior Drummer 3 and BASIC ROCK 2 MIDI +
POCKET GROOVES MIDI

Question 3: I can’t install the SDX Expension. Besides, I don’t understand
why I am being asked to download and install Toontrack Product Manager.
I’ve done it before.

Question 4: I don’t understand this first error message*:
*it didn’t work in the TPM, so I downloaded from the browser

This is the error message.
“Download of’Superior Drummer 3.1.5 (Mac)” has stopped. The connection (using a proxy server) timed out.

Question 5: I don’t understand this second error message “Connection to proxy server could not be established – I can’t connect to TPM anymore

Hi,

certain products can be downloaded from your account via the web interface, others (like SDX libraries) can’t.

Regarding the connection error, please try this:
Open Preferences in Product Manager, click “Change Settings…” (for proxies), untick the checkboxes for all protocols and click OK.
