dont have a serial number that I know of

I got this with studio one and it’s asking me for a serial number but I can’t find one. tried the s1 serial number but that didn’t work. what should I do?

i did what was told and i followed everything. but when i tried to go to the Help/Studio One Installation menu to browse the list, none of these were there.

I’m afraid you’ll need to contact Presonus if you didn’t get all bundled software you were entitled to.

hey Scott.

I’ve got it fixed though there’s another problem that I can’t seem to fix whereby my Logic Pro 8 couldn’t detect EZdrummer components even I have checked that the component and vst files are stored.
