DIY remo practice pad problem

so im a first time poster and im very interested in building my own edrum and so i followed the Remo Practice Pad Trigger with Mesh Head (by Scarmike) and it worked out great. but im getting a lot of crosstalking, can anyone help me out?

There should be a setting in your module to cut down on cross talk. Mine goes into it in the manual.
