I just purchased the daily deal #2 the synth pop ezkeys midi. I paid with paypal, got my reciept in email saying order complete. I go to my Product manager and its not there. This is the first time this has ever happened. Who do I contact? Where do I fill out a ticket?

Yeah maybe that is the problem, I sent a support ticket to tech support.

Well it looks like a problem and Im sure they will fix it. Like I said I sent in a support ticket so they will know about it

For the record, I also purchased today’s ‘deal’ (12/14), got a receipt but no serial #.
There was a bug in the database this afternoon. Toontrack Support is on top of it now. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we’re getting it sorted ASAP.
