Device available in drop down

I am terrible with this driver stuff…EZ Drummer 3, I have a Roland Handsonic working well using Audio Device Type: ASIO and can then select HPD-20 under devices, then I select HPD-20 under Active MIDI Inputs, and I’m in.  It works great.  I would like that to be the same for the Roland Octapad SPD-30, but am not sure what I am doing wrong, or if it’s just not possible.  ...
