I can understand having sections of the forums for people who own products, but to allow a thread to sit in a public area, allow people people to respond in those threads, then move them to a closed off area, is pretty shady. I can’t even edit or delete my own post?
I’d like this account deleted, how do i go about it?

We try to move support posts that are posted in the public forums quickly but sometimes, either because it is overnight we we are asleep or we simply overlooked it, we move them the next day or the day afterwards. I’m not sure how it can be ‘shady’ to move support posts to the support forums.

Thank you for your response.
I used the word shady, for a lack of a better word, for as i said, i cannot edit, delete or even view my own post. The link you have given requires information which i cannot supply (products and serial numbers).
