Current Coupon Codes Available?

Hi,

I have about $1700 worth of ToonTracks products sitting in my shopping cart at the moment.
I was just wondering:

1) Are there any coupon codes currently available I could use to save some money as a
“loyal customer”?

2) If there are no current coupon codes available, can you kindly tell me when your next
promotion/sale is coming so I can (hopefully) save some money?

Hi,

there are currently 2 Promos running in the Toontrack web shop:
– Buy EZKeys or EZKeys Sound expansion and get a free MIDI pack
– 20% Off the Essential Pianos Bundle

Regarding your other question; I have never heard of any company publicly telling customers to hold off buying products since there may/will be a promo campaign coming later.
I do recommend shopping around at resellers, you may find local specials.

I’m not sure if Brain refferes to the same thing, but I know a few sites that would offer discounts like “since you bought this product, you can have product X at 45% off”. I regularly get emails containing “loyalty” voucher codes. Also sometimes sites would announce something like spring sales a couple of days in advance for existing customers.

This is the wildest way to thank your biggest supporters. I too have spent thousands of dollars on Toontrack products and yet we’re always told to wait until a sale that marks their products down 20% from regular retail price. What a joke.

Read the room and tread carefully, Toontrack. We live in an age where companies are being cancelled for choosing profits over returning customers.

I absolutely Love the Toontrak Products But I agree thy do price gouge a bit. if you have a sale and sell something for 60 -70 percent off I doubt very seriously that you are taking a loss when you do that . So Why don’t you just lower your prices a little bit I am 100 percent positive you would get allot of free press if you did that and you would gain allot of customers that are currently priced out of your product. and you would make your current customers very happy as well as giving them renewed faith in your company.
