The EZD3 core library downloader is not on the top of the Product Manager page; it can be found by scrolling down on that page. In my case it was amongst the EZXs I already owned, in alphabetical order.

Same issue EZdrummer 3 core library not found after installation. Installed the new product mgr first then updated everything the mgr said was needing to be updated. Opened the program in my daw and got the same picture as above to download the core library.
Quick update: I found the core library for EZdrummer 3. In the product mgr, the left side last tab is titled uninstalled products. After clicking on that tab It was listed as an EZX .
