Config file error

Hi,
I’ve just downloaded the R&B EZKEYS MIDI. When I try to istall displays the following error:
“Could Not Read Installer FILE Config”
I use macOS Sierra 10.12.2

please try launching the Product Manager again after a reboot and re-run the installer.
