I am running ‘EZKeys 2’ on my first partition along with the ‘Grand Piano EKX’. MY ‘EZKeys 2 is an Upgrade from EZKeys 1’. I created a dual boot windows 11 partition strictly for music production. My understanding is that I can have 2 activations of this product. I installed the product manager on my second partition. The product manager showed only ‘EZKeys 2’ and the ‘EZKeys Core Library’. It does not show the ‘Grand Piano EKX’. When I tried to register the ‘EZKeys 2’ serial number I got a message saying in order to register ‘EZKeys 2 Upgrade’ I had to first register ‘EZKeys 1’. When I tried to register my ‘EXKeys 1’ serial number I got a message saying, ‘This product is already registered to another computer”. (That would be my 1st partition. ) I got the same message saying, ‘This product is already registered to another computer”. when I tried to register the ‘EZKeys Core Library’ and the ‘Grand Piano EKX’. So I need some direction on how to get these installed, registered and authorized on my second partition.
