can’t get ezx Nashville to register

Have two other Toontrack products (EZ Drums 3 and EZ Keys) and didn’t have an issue. Have reinstalled Product manager and tried to register. It Keeps asking for my computer number.  thought that by using product manager you would avoid that issue. Can someone please give me an alternate path or identify where to locate this number please?

I see that you have both registered and authorized the EZX. If you still have a problem with it, please post a screenshot because I don’t understand “it keeps asking for my computer number” – which program/plug-in is asking for what.
