Can’t Authorize EZD Percussion in SD3 or via Product manager

Hi I can’t get this to authorize. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing but still no joy. Also I don’t want it to install on my C drive as it is a SSD but I don’t get the option to install anywhere else. See images for Authorization problems

Well I sent a request. How long does it take to get a reply? I wanted to add percussion to some work I’m doing which worked in SD2 but won’t authorize with SD3. As it stands I can’t do this and after uninstalling and installing again it won’t work with SD2 either so a bit or urgency would be good. Any other way to contact them?
