Hi,
I recently bouht a new computer and I would like to install my old EZ Drummer. It’s already installed on my last computer using Windows 7. And my computer is using Windows 7 too.
So what I did :
– I put the CD in the computer and then I installed it.
– After that, I wanted to register my new computer so I opened my account on Toontrack web site. Toontrack warned me I had to install the new apllication “Toontrack Product Manager”.
– I installed it. Everything was fine.
– I added my new computer. I saw EZD was still running on my old computer and it’s good this way ; I would like to keep EZD on both.
– Authorizations was ok for both computers (and automatically for my new computer. It didn’t ask me anything, any authorization code.)
– I saw new updates. But I didn’t install it because it was for Windows XP and 8 only.
– I opened Toontrack Solo. and then opened EZD. And I realized that I have to enter an Authorization Code. But when I see my authorizations in TPM, my computer is already authorized. So I tried to enter the serial number as authorization code (we never know). I didn’t work either. And I don’t know how to get a new authoriaztion code.
So I don’t know what to do now. Before Toontrack Product Manager, it was more simple using the web site.
To finish, I opened my Cubase Pro 8.5, I try to opened EZD as VST instrument, but Cubase didn’t detect EZD. I don’t see it anywhere.
Can you help me please ? I add a screen capture to show you my “authorization” problem and a other screen capture for Cubase.
