After installing via the Product Manager, I was able to open the EZD3 standalone, but in my DAW (Reaper), the VSTi still brings up EZD2. I tried uninstalling EZD2, but then no EZX VSTi appeared in my DAW at all. I reinstalled EZD2 and I’m back to where I was.
It seems like EZD3 didn’t create it’s own .dll file when installed… so when I try to use the VSTi in the DAW, it’s still brings up EZD2. How do I fix this? There is no custom install option for Windows so I don’t know how I would’ve installed differently. Is the new EDZ3 .dll hiding somewhere on my PC? Please help.

When using reaper and ezdrummer 3 (VST3i), The drums will not playback unless I have the track armed or if the drummer window is open. I used to be able to close the drum window and still be able to hear the drums. I have to open the window in order to hear the drums.
Thanks.
i don’t use Reaper but in my DAW the MIDI track needs the “echo” enabled

I thought I was doing something wrong, and found this thread. I was looking at Toontrack in the developers category, and it doesn’t show up there, which is kind of goofy, because VST3i is still Toontrack. Thanks for the help!
