By accident purchased an EZX I already have…

Hi Toontrack crew!

By accident I purchased the Progressive EZX, wich I already posess, while instead I wanted the Dark Matter EZX.

Is there anyway I can download the dark matter one? As you see my purchase history, you can see the purchase of the Progressive EZX (july 15th, 2019), and may 19th, 2020.

Can we please work something out?
