Buying C&V Upgrade not owning previous version… and now?

Hi everybody!

right this evening – local time, I wrote from Italy – I received the C&V expansion pack for Superior Drummer 2. And I discovered that I made a terrible mistake! I didn’t understand that this upgrade wasn’t intended for every registered SD2 owner – which I am! – but *only* for previous owner of DhF C&V… my fault, I know but…

I wrote to Support Portal to explain this issue but in the meanwhile, any suggestion? I hope I’ll not have to pay the whole price again to get the library!

Hi – no, you won’t have to pay the full price again – but of course you will need to pay the difference between the versions. Please wait for the sales department to contact you with exact instructions and options however, as I am not sure how that will work in practice.
