Bundle: How can I download my expansion sets?

    Hi,

    nothing is impossible if you have any kind of proof of purchase but during that period there was ‘Buy EZdrummer 2 get a free EZX’ promo not a Bundle with 2 EZX:s AFAIK. So if you bought a bigger bundle from the store, you will need that receipt from the store.
    One free EZX automatically got registered to your account but expired since it has been so long and you did not claim it. Again, not something that can’t be fixed but check if you can get that receipt or similar.

    Actually I sent a mail with the same issue including a photo of the box and the receipt to your support service last week but no one replied yet.

    What shall I do? Wait for the answer? Send it again?

    I can only guess that the person(s) handling a ticket like this has been on holiday leave, so if you haven’t received  a reply by monday please let me know.
    I can’t check Tickets in the Support system, which is why I can’t answer more specifically.
