I had purchased the Ezkeys Grand Piano to use on my Mac. Unfortunately, I couldn’t buy the download on Toontrack so I downloaded it on SweetWater instead. Every time I tried to purchase the piano on Toontrack, it said “error” or “try a different card.” Obviously, I was very frustrated so I went to Sweetwater.com and bought Ezkeys on there! I had no problems buying it from SweetWater, unlike Toontrack.
My mom looked at her transactions on her PayPal (which is what we used to buy EZkeys) and it said we bought it three times! EZkeys said it is not returnable but I did not intend to buy three downloads of it! Every time I tried to pay for it it said “error.” It would not load and I would not get a confirmation!
I attempted to order EZkeys on May 10 on Toontrack and it would not confirm my order. So on May 11, (yesterday) I ordered it off Sweetwater and everything was perfect!
I need to get my money back because there was an error with Toontrack! I did not intend to buy three Grand Pianos, I only want one!!
Please Help!!!!!

Hope you can reach someone in Toontracks, I am not sure how easy that will be. But I would not hesitate a minute and would call my sweetwater rep. They may have some inside connections to help.
