BLUES EZX – Did Not Receive Drum Kit

I purchased the BLUES EZX set on sale. I downloaded the MIDI tracks but did not get the DVD with the 2 drum sets.

As I understand it, after purchase, one can download the MIDI but will receive a DVD in the mail.

Is this to be delivered?
How do I track the delivery of this?
