Here’s a backing track I put together. All drums are EZ Drummer2 and all keys are EZKeys. As I wanted this to be a video for my youTube channel, I needed some footage and so video of the programs ‘doing their thing’ seemed the obvious way to go. Note this is only a backing track so no vocals or ‘lead’ instruments.

Other than EZD and EZK, there is only a rhythm guitar and bass guitar. Both ‘real’ and played by me.
It was so easy to put together a backing track in this way, I’m thinking of doing some more, if the youtube video proves popular.
Although the track is quite repetitive, from a Toontrack point of view, the interesting things to note are:
1. see how well the 2 programs work together
2. I use ‘alter play style’ quite a bit in EZD2. the ‘softer’ verse 3 was created this way by changing the snare to a side hit and reducing the intensity of the other drums and cymbals
