Same here. I successfully purchased and downloaded another EZX expansion pack, but the authorization process states, “An unknown error has occurred.” This happens on both the Product Manager and Toontrack’s website (when attempting offline registration).
I’ve owned my copy of SD3 and all expansion packs for years and haven’t had an issue with authorizing until now. Just did a fresh reinstall of MacOS Sonoma and still can authorize. Seems like it’s a server issue. They’ll likely have it fixed soon. I placed a support ticket.
Cannot authorize the modern metal ezx. Both product manager and offline registration give me an unknown error and say to contact support for help. Might be a server issue like Jason stated?
