I did an back ups while ago and I have to re-aothorize my EZ-drummer and DFH. Strange.
Anyway. I still don’t have any internet connected to the computer where the program is installed.
How can I go forward with this? I downloaded the P M but that program asks for the computer name for the wrong computer.
I tried the “old way” but when I click on the links for my accounts, nothing happens.
Looking forward for adequate and fast help.

Hi,
if it’s a re-authorization of a PC, the previously issued Auth code(s) *should* work.
Have you transferred the PM and any update downloads to the offline computer?

You can always use the Web version if you go to ‘My Account > My Products > scroll down and select ‘use web version instead’.

Its a mac.
I have the old authorizing code written on a paper but cannot read the letters and numbers.
Can You send it again? Its the same computer as last time.
I prefer not to use the PM. I’ve installed it but can not make it run.
