    Hi,

if it’s a re-authorization of a PC, the previously issued Auth code(s) *should* work.

Have you transferred the PM and any update downloads to the offline computer?
This FAQ should help, scroll down a bit:
    https://www.toontrack.com/faq/what-is-the-product-manager/

You can always use the Web version if you go to ‘My Account > My Products > scroll down and select ‘use web version instead’.

    BR,
    John

    Its a mac.

I have the old authorizing code written on a paper but cannot read the letters and numbers.

Can You send it again? Its the same computer as last time.

I prefer not to use the PM. I’ve installed it but can not make it run.

I have downloaded the PM, downloaded and installed, but when I try to authorize, I still get the prompt that asks for my computer ID. I tried to find my computer ID, but all I found is the serial#, and that doesn’t work. Why doesn’t the PM let me authorize?

If you’re actually authorizing from the Toontrack Product Manager and not when you open the EZD3 plugin, then you shouldn’t be asked for a Computer ID.

In the Toontrack Product Manager program there is a big red Authorize Button. See the video below.

If you are getting an error, please post a screenshot of what’s going on. Or, if you’re getting an error in Product Manager please post a pic.
