I deleted an old email account I had, which was associated with my Toontrack account. I am trying to install EZDrummer onto a second computer, but cannot access my old account to change the authorization to install the program.
I try to contact support by filling out the support form, but any time I submit the form, it goes to a “website not available”.
How can I directly contact support to help me switch over to my new email??

I can help you but you need to clarify which account(s) to keep and which to delete.
This new e-mail address connected to the Forum ID estilholliday also has a new Toontrack account created, with no products registered.
Should I simply delete the new Toontrack account and Forum ID and change the e-mail address of the old ones to this new one?

hello i have the same problem sort of. i have an imac g5 which i load sd2 on years ago as a songwriting work station but never got it to work. i am trying to use it again but it will not load the sounds they are grayed out in the library folder. who can help me get this going i really need it to demo some toons

please do not triple-post. This is not the proper place for Support matters. Please contact Support via the Support Portal, providing your serial number(s) and/or the email address used when registering the product(s), so we can get you proper access to the Support section.
