Tried to follow the link. Says I an not able to access. Won’t accept Logon. Won’t let me (re)create my profile.

You say in your previous post that you have EZdrummer and S2. I only see that EZdrummer Lite is registered to your account. You need to have a registered full product (EZD, S2, EZplayer, Drumtracker, EZmix) registered to your account to have access to the support forums.
If you have another account registered to another name where you registered your copies of EZD and S2, please provide the details (name and email address) and I can grant you access to the support forums.
