Advice for First Time Purchase

I’m new to Toontrack.com. My DAW is Sonar X1 Producer, which comes with Session Drummer. I’m looking for a product
of MIDI rhythm loops in the smooth jazz genre. Do you sell anything along that style, or similar?

And, will Session Drummer work well with your product? I’m certainly open to purchasing EZ Player Pro, but the key thing is to have a sampler that will work best with your files.

Hi,

thank you for your interest in Toontrack products.
Toontrack does not currently offer any Jazz MIDI files as a separate purchase; there are Jazz MIDI files included in the EZdrummer Jazz EZX, though.
I know Platinum Samples offer a Jazz MIDI pack that works well with GM compliant software and Toontrack software and there should be other MIDI providers as Odd Grooves and GrooveMonkee that has them as well.
The above mentioned Jazz EZX has got some extended articulations that are utilized in the MIDI files, so the MIDI is GM Extended.

Yeah, I think the Platinum midi pack from Peter Erskine is probably a good one.
I’ve heard it triggering ‘The Classic’ EZX very well.
