I’ve tried to use customer support but it’s blurred out and won’t let me access the service! My account is no longer recognised however I can still use SD3 and the packs I’ve purchased. I’m pretty sure that I changed my email a while ago and was able to log on and update etc, just tried and it doesn’t recognise my products…..any help please?
